RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your purchase or if you change your mind we will give you a refund on the original purchased price (excluding delivery charges and currency conversions), provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and within the time frame stated. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.

 

If we have delivered you a faulty item, we will accept responsibility and give you a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days for Australian orders and 21 days for International orders of delivery. If we are not contacted until after the allocated period regarding the faulty item, the customer will not be eligible for a replacement.

Please email us at sales@lowtideswimwear.com.au with photo of the fault, we will assess and do whatever we can to make this an easy process.

 

Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
